Join us entering the Healing Vortex of intentional energy. Encourage your inner resources to clear space for healing. Hold space for others needing revitalization, love, peace and inner healing.  

Attend to heal yourself but focus your healing intentions on others. Experience the boomerang effect of healing by standing in agreement with others around a single common group intention agreed upon by students in the class.

After a Hello, Introduction, and Friendly Greetings, we discuss the Healing Vortex and agree on a single clear and specific healing intention.

Then we follow these simple steps:

  1. Empty Ourselves: With the intention of releasing what's on our mind, what ails us, our mind chatter, self absorption, worry, and anything that does not serve us --- many of us write, crumple and toss the list into a basket for recycling --- others remain in quiet contemplation as we hold the space for each other.
  2. Power Up: We experience a guided meditation to activate our internal energies, using the extra space we have created by releasing ourselves. We visualize moving energy to our head and back down our spine to activate a greater level of conscious awareness.
  3. Intentional Prayer: We spend 10 minutes in focused energetic meditation on a single, clear and specific healing intention. 

This class is for you IF:

  • You want to experience the scientifically proven effects of sharing a group mind for a common purpose.
  • You would like to meet with like-minded, practical people who are looking for results using easy to understand steps.
