Each month, experience a different self-care practice:
- Guided mind massage with digital homeopathy: Explore the potential of sound waves to support your well-being.
- Sound healing with singing bowls: Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of ancient instruments.
- Breath work: Connect with your body and emotions through powerful breathing techniques.
- And much more! We'll have a variety of offerings to keep things exciting.

- The Healing Vortex is a sacred space of shared intention, open hearts, and balanced energy. In this space, we come together as one, choosing a single, specific healing intention that supports others and uplifts the collective. By channeling our energy outward in service and love, we activate the natural “boomerang effect”, where the healing we offer returns to us, magnified.
Due to limited space in the Salt Room, reservations are required to attend these events. Pre-registration will open on the 1st of each month.
Halotherapy/Salt Therapy is contraindicated in the following conditions: Fever, Tuberculosis, existence of cancer, acute state of respiratory attack, advanced pregnancy, severe heart disorders, contagious conditions.
