Gather with us once a month on a Tuesday night for a one-of-a-kind Mind Massage in the Salt Room. Each month we'll explore different themes to help break down chronic stress responses, rewiring you for relaxation.
What is Mind Massage?
Mind Massage is a way to rewire your thinking and reprogram your physiological response to be in line with your intentions. This approach activates your ability to be congruent both physically and mentally so that you can accelerate healing, shift well-being, and manifest desires. This shift can divert self-sabotage or any obstacle blocking you. It creates coherence between your programmed response to things in your life and your desired response, which is often more beneficial. It’s called “massaging your mind” because you reveal your next best thinking, remember & enact resourceful ways to experience things, and reestablish momentum as you move into a more desirable state. As you continue to repeat the process, new memories help create a new way of being and becomes the dominant resource your body seeks to respond to experiences in your life. Living in chronic stress means you are continually activating your hypothalamus adrenal cortex response or “flight or fight” condition. This shuts down clear thinking, effective digestion, immune response & healing and creates an environment for dis-ease and illness. Your body prioritizes your energy for safety, escaping a threat, and this depletes resources designed to keep you well.
We all need constant reminders to release stress. Attending this class regularly will help you reprogram yourself so that the relaxation response is easy, available, more effective & common in your day-to-day life.
In these classes we will focus on deep relaxation, surfacing our memories about releasing stress and activating them in ways to continue the relaxation response long after the session is complete. Teaching your body to stop a chronic stress response has beneficial effects in all areas of your life. When your body can routinely relax, it can recover, mend & repair, rejuvenate and bring more spaciousness into your being.

Group Shared Intention:
- Sharing common intention has been proven to work. When you join in meditation with others and you are focusing on similar interests, the energy created makes the results exponential. In this small group of like-minded thinkers, you grab this power and use it to accelerate healing.
Digital Sound Remedies:

Salt Room Halotherapy:
- Relax in a zero-gravity reclining chair in a cozy room filled will natural, cleansing and revitalizing salt air. Breathing salt air is therapeutic and medicinal. It is relaxing and restorative. Pharmaceutical grade Himalayan Sea Salt pours through a portal, filling the room with its dustiness.

*Session size is limited to 8 or fewer guests. Your last-minute cancellation means someone else may not be able to fill your slot. Great effort is taken to assure the dynamics of these sessions are energetically sound. Of course, illness or other issues may prevent you from attending. Cancellations 72 hours prior to the class will result in a credit for a future class. Less than 72 hours will result in a forfeiture of your fees.
